Excluded from the Service:
- Customs clearance, destination charges, Final door delivery at the destination, Long carry distances, Hoisting and heavy lift handling, Piano or specialty item handling, Local duties, taxes, and VAT at destination, Special/customs inspections (if applicable), Stairs or shuttle truck services, unpacking of boxes, Use of outside elevator, Parking permits or storage fees

Inventory / Packing List:
- Customers are advised to prepare an itemized inventory/packing list for customs, documentation, and insurance purposes.
Transit Time:
- Estimated: 8 to 10 weeks
- Subject to change due to weather, emergency situations, port congestion, or other unforeseen events.
Pickup & Labeling:
- Shipments will be scheduled after confirmation from the shipper. Labels can be generated using the information provided.
