Airzonex Inc – Express International Freight
Terms & Service Summary
1. Service Overview
Airzonex Inc provides international express freight services including:
• Door pickup, Express freight handling, Export customs processing, international air transport, Door delivery
Services excluded:
• Packing and unpacking, Delivery order fees (if applicable), Customs duties and taxes, Storage or demurrage charges (if applicable)
2. Transit Time
• Estimated transit time: 6–10 business days
• Transit times may vary due to factors beyond Airzonex Inc’s control, including weather, natural disasters, emergencies, or transport embargoes. Airzonex Inc is not liable for such delays.
3. Weight & Dimension Policy
• Chargeable weight is the higher of: – Actual weight, or Volumetric weight (L × W × H / 139)
All weights and dimensions provided by the shipper are estimates. Final billing is based on weight and dimensions verified at the facility prior to dispatch.
4. Pickup & Labeling
• Pickup is scheduled only after shipper confirmation,
• Shipping labels are generated based on shipper-provided information
• Airzonex Inc is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipment details
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
• Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the shipper or consignee at destination or during pre-clearance
• Airzonex Inc is not responsible for delays or additional charges arising from customs procedures or unpaid fees
6. Prohibited Items
Airzonex Inc does not accept shipments containing:
• Hazardous materials (including batteries)
• Drugs or controlled substances
• Alcohol or tobacco products
7. Pricing & Fuel Surcharges
• Rates are based on current fuel surcharges and estimated shipment details
• Final charges may be adjusted after physical inspection and weight verification
8. Regulations
• All shipments are subject to applicable IATA regulations and airline terms and conditions
9. Shipper & Consignee
• In most cases, the shipper and consignee must be the same person
• Airzonex Inc reserves the right to reject shipments that do not comply with this requirement
10. Limitation of Liability
• Airzonex Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to delay, mis delivery, or loss unless covered under specific cargo insurance
• Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
11. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Airzonex Inc operates
12. Return Shipments
• If the consignee is unavailable, refuses to pay duties/taxes, or prohibited items are identified, the shipment may be returned at the shipper’s expense
13. Inspection & Compliance
• Shipments are scanned and inspected prior to dispatch
• Undeclared or prohibited items may result in delays, additional charges, or return of shipment at the shipper’s cost
