AIR FREIGHT SERVICE DESCRIPTION
1. Inclusions
The Air Express service includes:

Pickup from the sender’s door

International express freight transportation via airline up to the destination airport only
-
Estimated Transit Time: 4 to 6 business days*
*Subject to change due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, emergencies, or embargoes.
2. Exclusions
The following services and charges are not included unless explicitly stated in the estimate:

Packing of goods
-
Delivery order fees
-
Customs duties and taxes
-
Storage charges (if applicable)
-
Transport from destination airport to final delivery address

Unpacking at destination
3. Weight and Volume Calculations

Both actual weight and volumetric weight are assessed.

The chargeable weight is the greater of the two.

Volumetric Weight Formula:
(Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 139
4. Duties and Taxes

All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the consignee at the destination.

These charges are not included in the quoted service fee unless specifically stated.
5. Booking and Labeling

Shipments are scheduled only upon written confirmation from the shipper.

Labels will be generated using the information provided by the shipper, who is fully responsible for its accuracy.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly not permitted:

Hazardous materials (including lithium batteries)

Narcotics or controlled substances (prescription or recreational)

Alcohol and tobacco products
7. Fuel Surcharges and Pricing

All quotes are based on current fuel surcharges and estimated weight at the time of quotation.

Final pricing may change based on actual weight and dimensions measured at pickup.
8. Regulatory Compliance

All shipments are subject to IATA and airline regulations.

The shipper agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to air freight.
