1. Scope of Service
Airzonex agrees to provide moving services including transportation and, packing, loading, unloading, and delivery of customer’s household or commercial goods.
The charges are based on the inventory, weight/volume, and access details provided by the customer.
Final charges may change if:
- Additional items are added
- Packing services are requested
- Stairs / long carry / shuttle is required
- Access conditions differ from what was declared
Packing Responsibility
- Items packed by Airzonex are covered under limited protection.
- Items packed by customers are transported at owner’s risk.
Airzonex is not responsible for damages caused by improper packing done by the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate inventory
- Be present at pickup and delivery
- Ensure proper access and parking
Customer shall not include in shipment:
Cash, jewelry, documents, medicines, or valuables.
Airzonex shall not be liable for such items.
Liability Coverage
All shipments are transported under limited liability of $0.60 per pound per item, unless additional protection is purchased.
Storage
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, storage and redelivery charges may apply.
Claims
Any claims for damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation
Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
Acceptance
By signing below, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
